Eric Amar is the General Counsel of Bollore Transport and Logistics with over 30 years of experience in business and corporate law. With deep knowledge and expertise in international private and public contracts, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, compliance matters, transport, logistics, supply chain, value-added services legal issues, management skills, and digital change management, Amar heads the global legal team of Bollore.

Amar’s favorite activities now center around drafting, negotiating, and completing business in an international environment, with a particular interest in Africa, the US, and Asia. He also has a keen interest in the status of an in-house lawyer in France and how legal privilege is granted in other countries as well as having a particular sensitivity to non-legal topics such as finance, marketing, and human management.
