Irmantas serves as the Chief Legal and Governance Officer at AB Lithuanian Railways Group (LTG Group), the leading railway group in the Baltic States. They play an instrumental role in expanding Lithuanian business internationally and fostering successful collaborations beyond Lithuania. As a board member at LTG LINK, a passenger transport company within the LTG Group, Irmantas oversees all legal matters, supports business teams in corporate governance, and advises on risk management.
Before joining LTG, Irmantas spent nearly a decade at AB “Klaipedos Nafta” (KN), the largest oil and liquified natural gas (LNG) terminal operator in the Baltics. They held various senior positions, including Head of Legal. A career highlight during their tenure at KN was the acquisition of the floating storage regasification unit (FSRU) “Independence.” This world’s first new-build LNG FSRU has enabled Lithuania’s energy independence from Russia since 2014.
