Robert Greco is a commercial and technology lawyer currently working as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for disruptive Canadian fintech company Flinks Technology Inc. (“Flinks”). In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters facing Flinks as it continues on its path of hypergrowth in North America, including advising the Flinks board of directors on current and future product development, market intelligence, and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Flinks, Robert worked in the capacity as technology counsel for the Liquor Control Board of Ontario, assisting one of the world’s foremost importers and retailers of alcoholic beverages with the modernization of its order and warehouse management, and ecommerce systems and processes. Robert was also fortunate to act as lead strategy, ecommerce, and technology counsel during the start-up phase of the Ontario Cannabis Store as Canada paved the way for legalized, large scale, cannabis retailing. Robert has also acted as counsel for Aimia Inc., a loyalty platform operator publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”), Ernst & Young LLP, and Loblaw Companies Limited (TSX: L) one of the largest grocery retailers in North America.
Robert received his LLB from the University of Birmingham (UK), and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Toronto (Canada).
