Konstantin Zens is the Director Legal & Compliance EMEA for Otsuka Medical Devices, and is part of the
European leadership team and as well as part of the global data protection team. After studying law in Bayreuth, Münster and Auckland (NZ), Konstantin worked in various industries at the GEA Group, ELG Haniel and Axalta before moving to the MedTech industry at Ascensia Diabetes Care in 2017. There, in addition to his previous role as Legal & Compliance Counsel, he also took over responsibility for data protection for Northern Europe. After a stopover at QVC, where he implemented the compliance program, he moved to Cordis, where he set up the global data protection program before joining Otsuka Medical Devices.
