Aminata advises on complex regulatory and compliance matters and has developed a particular focus on AI governance, risk management, and the role of legal professionals in overseeing AI development. She has recently spoken at AI Innovation & IP Strategy Europe in Munich on managing risk and liability in AI innovation, and at LegalEx Manchester on AI governance frameworks as a strategic function at the intersection of risk, ethics, and business enablement. She is also a CCWP SOW Certified Expert with experience in corporate finance and negotiations.
