Joachim Herrn is a seasoned legal executive and German bar-admitted attorney with over 25 years of experience in international business law. He currently serves as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of Norwegian Green Solutions AS, a renewable energy company specializing in solar, green hydrogen, and e-fuels, while also acting as Chief Legal Advisor to its parent company DSA Holding AS and to ForestSync, a carbon credit registry platform. Previously, Joachim spent over 15 years at GE HealthCare, most recently as General Counsel for its $4.5B+ global Ultrasound business. His expertise spans commercial law, IT and AI law, medical devices regulation, M&A, data privacy, and corporate law, with deep technical knowledge across MedTech, semiconductor, and automotive sectors. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Contract Law Committee of ZVEI, Germany’s electrical and electronics industry association.
