Adele has more than 25 years of professional experience in international commercial IP contracts and corporate matters, focusing her practice on transactional, non-contentious and contractual IP work and technology licensing. She started her career in 1998 with the Law Firm Clifford Chance LLP, working between Rome, Milan and London, representing clients ranging from start-ups to large multinational corporations in a variety of industries with a focus on luxury fashion, technology, e- commerce. As Senior Legal Counsel within the CERN – Geneva (2003) and Senior Legal Counsel within the Italian Government Agency’s Legal Team (Rome) (2008) she enhanced her expertise on commercial contracts in the tech landscape. As Senior IP Counsel with PHILIPS (2015) she focuses her activity on the IP creation and protection of the company’s portfolio.
