Edith Nordman

Edith N. Nordmann is Managing Partner of ACG International, an Amsterdam-based law
firm specialising in cross-border corporate and commercial law. She represents
international companies, entrepreneurs and shareholders in complex, high-value disputes
and strategic multi-jurisdictional matters, with particular expertise in litigation before the
Dutch courts.

Her practice spans cross-border transactions and high-stakes commercial litigation,
including contractual disputes, shareholder conflicts and international employment
matters. She is frequently engaged in cases involving intricate corporate structures,
regulatory exposure and enforcement across jurisdictions.

In addition to her practice, Edith serves as Chairperson of the Netherlands India Chamber
of Commerce & Trade (NICCT) and Vice President of the Swiss Dutch Business Council,
contributing to the development of international business corridors. She is also a board
member of VAI-A (the Dutch Association of AI Lawyers), where she engages in
professional dialogue on artificial intelligence and the evolving role of the legal
profession.

Edith holds an LL.M. from VU University Amsterdam and received an Honorary Doctorate
from Jharkhand Rai University. She regularly speaks at international legal and economic
forums, including B20/G20 dialogues and global law conferences, and lectures at
universities across Europe and India.
