Jonathan Ewing is a lawyer, mediator, and co-founder of Next Level Mediation (NLM). Ewing is a U.S.-based commercial litigation attorney who devotes most of his legal practice to international business transactions and litigation.  Recognizing that the traditional mediation model often fails to take into account a client’s true priorities and emotional disposition, he co-developed NLM’s disruptive D2S platform as a means to cut through the emotional fog and establish clear litigation priorities – so that each party can make dispassionate and informed decisions in the context of settlement.
