Mariëlle Reints is a Dutch corporate and securities attorney and is VP of Legal and Deputy Corporate Secretary at Elastic N.V., a NYSE listed leading platform for search-powered solutions and provider of data search and analytics software and services. She heads the corporate, M&A and government affairs team and is leading the global corporate and regulatory structure and affairs and all corporate and securities matters and M&A. Mariëlle advises the board on corporate governance, compliance, corporate law and securities and listing regulations. Prior to joining Elastic, Mariëlle was Associate General Counsel & Deputy Corporate Secretary at AVG Technologies, a NYSE listed online security company, and before that she was Senior Legal Counsel and Deputy Corporate Secretary at Royal Ahold Delhaize, a leading food retailer based in the Netherlands and listed on NYSE and Euronext Amsterdam.

She began her career at Baker McKenzie in Amsterdam as a corporate attorney and subsequently at Norton Rose Fulbright in Amsterdam where she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and privatizations of the Dutch energy market and she specialized in renewable energy.

Mariëlle received her Master in Law degree from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands and completed her MBA at Emory University – Goizueta Business School in Atlanta.
