Rafael is a partner at RVA Sociedade de Advogados SP RL and a recognized legal expert with a Doctorate in Civil Law from the University of Coimbra. Specializing in a spectrum of legal fields including Administrative, Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Real Estate, Labor, Medical, and Registry and Notary Law, he brings a comprehensive and scholarly perspective to his practice. His doctoral thesis on “Person and Domain in Medically Assisted Procreation” received unanimous approval with distinction, highlighting his contribution to legal academia. In addition to his practice, Rafael serves as an Assembly Member at the Faculty of Law, University of Coimbra, and as an Invited Assistant Professor, enriching legal education with his expertise. Fluent in Portuguese, French, English, and Spanish, he also heads the Legal Department at Metro-Mondego, S.A., and is a Board Member of CENoR.
