Rita is a Head of Legal Services at AB Lithuanian Railways (LTG Group), the leading railway group in the Baltic States. She leads a team of lawyers within the newly established Competence Centre, which concentrates provision of various corporate services to the group, and is responsible for ensuring the effective daily delivery of legal services to LTG Group subsidiaries comprising 10 companies and over 6000 employees.

Before joining LTG, for over 10 years Rita was a practicing lawyer at top-tier law firms in Lithuania, specializing in disputes, EU, Regulatory and Competition. Most of her clients came from heavily regulated sectors, such as energy, financial investment, and transport. She was recognised as a Next Generation Partner by “Legal 500”. Rita holds LL.M degrees from the Utrecht University (the Netherlands) and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).
