Robyn T. Williams is an Intellectual Property attorney and Co-Chair of the Trademark Practice Group at Devlin Law Firm (Wilmington, Delaware, USA).  Her practice encompasses general intellectual property matters, entertainment law, and business counseling. Her clients served range from individual artists to non-profit organizations.

Robyn focuses on intellectual property strategy. Her expertise goes beyond branding. She integrates her experience with risk management and incorporates it into an intellectual property strategy aimed at maximizing the valuation of her client’s intellectual property portfolios.  Her pro-bono work focuses on re-entry and criminal justice reform. She has committed her time and knowledge to reducing the recidivism rate and fostering successful re-entry of justice involved individuals. 

Ms. Williams does speaking engagements on various intellectual property topics including, trademarks, copyrights, NFTs and fashion law. She is currently a member of New York State Bar Association’s Taskforce on Emerging Digital Finance and Currency.
