Tanisha Minev is a commercial lawyer based in Amsterdam, working at Yoco, a South African Fin-Tech scale-up. She specializes in corporate law, commercial contract negotiation, and legal operations.
 
Tanisha is dedicated to process improvement, implementing lean principles, and leveraging technology for efficient legal management. She has helped legal teams scale sustainably, by mapping standardized process flows and implementing automated solutions, with a view of increasing productivity to support cross-collaboration and reduce waste, so that in-house legal teams can better spend their time on their strategic goals in supporting their stakeholders. She has recently contributed to a co-authored book – “Legal Operations in the Age of AI and Data” (together with several cutting-edge legal tech industry leaders), which is a showcase of practical tips, insights, and updated frameworks, underpinned by the 12 core principles of the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) – accelerated by AI and data analytics.
