- Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions: ‘services’ include Conference.
‘Law Pundits’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ means Law Pundits LLP.
- General
2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to any purchase of goods or services from Law Pundits.
2.2 These Terms and Conditions may be amended periodically and you will be deemed to have accepted any amendments if you register for an event after those amendments have been posted.
- Contract and price
3.1 All prices are in US Dollars and inclusive of all taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
3.2 Description of goods, services, and prices may be subject to change or correction at any time without notice. Although we seek to ensure information is correct, we make no representation or warranty as to information being accurate or complete. While we strive to stick to the published agenda, speakers, and flow of the event. It is always likely that there could be changes to the speakers, agenda, and other parts of the event based on whether a speaker cancels, their unavailability, and the unavailability to find a replacement on time. If we discover any significant error, we will try to notify you as soon as possible and allow you to cancel your order and obtain a refund if desired.
3.3 By submitting an order you warrant that: you are capable of entering into a legally binding contract with the Law Pundits, you are authorised and able to make payment via the method you have chosen, the information you have provided is correct, and your purchase is not made for the purpose of commercial resale.
3.4 A contract for purchase is only formed once we have accepted an order by issuing an email confirmation.
- Payment method
Payment can be made with valid debit or credit cards (Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard)
- Refund/cancellation policy
The delegate places for GLF are limited and as such cancellation or request for refund is based on the refund and cancellation policy contained in this document which is expressly agreed by you before registration and payment.
5.1 If you notify us in writing within one week (7 Calendar days) from the date of purchase of a ticket in case the registration and ticket purchase is done before July 13th or before 90 days from the start of GLF 2023 that you are unable to attend, you may choose to have a refund issued (minus a 20% cancellation fee) or nominate a replacement delegate to attend in your stead.
5.2 If you notify us in writing 90 days or less before GLF 2024 or (if the ticket is purchased after July 13th, 2024) that you are unable to attend, you may nominate a replacement delegate to attend in your stead. No refund will be issued for any tickets purchased after July 13th 2024 or if no cancellation is requested for before July 13th 2024.
5.3. For International Attendees requiring a visa to travel to the Netherlands, non-issuance of visa or visa rejection by the Netherlands consulate and/or embassy would not render you eligible for an automatic refund.
5.4 To claim a refund, exchange, credit, or for further information please send an email to [email protected].
5.4 Restrictions due to COVID-19, other Pandemics, War or Act of God – In case of any restrictions due to government policies of the Government of Netherlands that renders hosting the Global Legal Forum event on October 10-12, 2024 impossible, the attendee/participant/partner/exhibitor will be eligible to use the same ticket at no extra cost for the new dates that will be announced. The participant also has the right to claim refund for the amount paid in case of the event being cancelled due to Government restrictions placed by the Government of Netherlands, however such refund will be examined on a case by case basis. If the restriction is imposed by any other country or government other than the Government of Netherlands, the participant/attendee/exhibitor shall have the right to attend any future editions of Global Legal Forum at no extra cost however no refunds shall be issued in such situation. Any claim for refund under the conditions mentioned in this clause has to be made by October 9th, 2024 and shall be processed no later than 60 days from the date of claiming the refund.
- Warranties and liabilities
6.1 Law Pundits excludes any condition or warranties, unless it is expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions or is by law incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification.
6.2 Law Pundits will under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising in relation to any transaction entered into, or any goods or services purchased.

Law Pundits respects your privacy and the confidentiality and security of personal information provided by you to us. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy at www.lawpunditsglobal.com/privacy
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Netherlands. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Netherlands.
