The Netherlands is in the Schengen Area.
If you hold a passport from a country whose nationals require a short-stay (Type C) Schengen visa, the Dutch consulate or VFS centre in your jurisdiction is your starting point. Standard processing is 15 calendar days, and Schengen applications can be lodged up to six months before travel (EU guidance ↗). Apply as early as possible, and by mid-March 2027 at the latest.
GLF provides a Letter of Invitation for confirmed delegates. The letter confirms your registration, the event dates, the venue, and the organisation hosting your attendance. Letters are issued after confirmed payment.

The venue, the World Trade Centre – NH Den Haag, sits in The Hague's Beatrixkwartier business district, minutes from Den Haag Centraal. The Hague is 30 minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol by train and 25 minutes from Rotterdam-The Hague Airport by car. Eurostar and ICE connections link London, Paris, Brussels and Frankfurt, with a change at Rotterdam or Amsterdam for London and Paris arrivals.
