Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions govern registration for and attendance at the Global Legal Forum 2027 ("GLF", "the event"), held 11–12 May 2027 at the World Trade Centre – NH Den Haag, The Hague, and organised by Law Pundits ("the organiser"). By registering, you accept these terms.
1. Registration & payment
Registration is confirmed on receipt of full payment via our secure payment provider (Stripe) or an agreed invoice. Prices are per attendee, exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated. The price tier applied is the tier in force at the time of payment.
2. Refunds & transfers
Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are fully transferable: you may transfer your ticket to a colleague at any time up to 5 business days before the event by emailing [email protected] with the original booking reference and the new attendee's name and email.
As the event is a leisure service to be provided on a specific date, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(l), as implemented in Dutch law).
3. Changes & cancellation by the organiser
The programme, speakers, timings and venue are subject to change. If the event is cancelled by the organiser and not rescheduled, registered attendees will be offered a credit or refund of the ticket price paid. The organiser's liability is limited to the ticket price; travel and accommodation costs are at the attendee's own risk, and travel insurance is recommended.
4. Admission & conduct
The organiser may refuse admission or require an attendee to leave for behaviour that disrupts the event or endangers others, without refund. Closed-door sessions run under the Chatham House Rule; recording of those sessions is not permitted.
5. Photography & filming
The event is photographed and filmed for legitimate promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in event media, tell the registration desk on arrival.
6. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of The Hague.
